If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours for a potential correction.We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:Scratches, dents, clear coat issues, fading, oxidation, or prior repairs.Stains, mold, or odors that cannot be fully removed due to fabric or material conditions.Clients must remove personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.Some stains, deep scratches, and paint defects may not be fully correctable with detailing services.
We adhere to local environmental regulations regarding water usage and chemical disposal. Certain services may require access to water or electricity if mobile detailing is performed at your location. We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles deemed unsafe, excessively damaged, or outside our scope of work.
